    In TrialDirector 360 if you change your password online you will receive a message that your username or password is incorrect in the application. The reason for this is it is checking against the stored hashed password in the back end of the Software instead of checking online. To fix this you can press your 'Esc' key when you are on the software sign in screen. This will close the sign in screen but should leave the application open, you can then click 'Sign In' at the upper right hand side of the software, when you login with your new password this will check the online password and will update the stored password in the back end.
