  • What happened to my clips

The attorney I work for created several clips from a deposition that was stored on a network drive. When I open the transcript on my computer, his clips are not there. What is happening?

On the back-end of your case or the attorney's case, there's a file with an extension of B.CMS. ( example: MyCaseName B.CMS) If that file has been moved or is no longer accessible, you'll need to restore the file back to it's original location.

Alternatively, if the attorney can still open their case, you can find their B.CMS for their case and drag it into the Transcript Manager of your case. The attorney can also make a clip creation script and you can import that into your case if you have matching depositions. Please see the help file for the workflow on importing a clip creation script (CCS)
