  • Launch Copy+, but the Authorization Manager appears

    Encountered an issue with Copy+ where the Authorization Manager appears when launching the application, preventing use of the application. In this scenario, the status of the Authorization Manager stated 'Valid', but there were no licenses displaying under the License section.

    To fix this, please perform a remote update in the Authorization Manager by going to Authorization Management -> Remote Management -> Update.

    Sometimes, if the computer is turned off for some time, the Authorization Manager will not report back to the Ipro License Server (P.A.M.) for so long, that the current Authorization is not up-to-date and needs to be updated.
