Pushing data to Eclipse

  • Pushing data to Eclipse

    After uploading a file to process into review, the upload reaches 100% successfully, however the job never pushes the data to Eclipse. In eCapture the job status is sitting at "In Progress". Any thoughts?

    Check the Task Table and Worker Management window under Tools, and verify that you have allowed the workers to execute ADD tasks.

        Johnny,

        If you are experiencing a hung job, I would also check the Schedule Manager within Eclipse. This can be found by accessing the Eclipse website, going to Administration, and selecting Schedule Manager. If there are a lot of failed jobs that are NOT apart of the eCapture Direct Push Export, then I would cancel them to free up any stuck agents.
