    I have seen in some environments that imaging jobs will fail after submission when run after the Ipro Configuration has been changed. I found that this is often accompanied by an error "Callback service unavailable at [your Custom Page URL for Ipro Q]"

    What I usually see in this scenario is that the RelativityCustomPageURL Instance Setting is reverted to HTTP, when your environment is HTTPS. To resolve this, enter the Instance Settings interface in Relativity. Filter by Name = RelativityCustomPageUrl. Click this instance setting, then click "Edit". Change the protocol to HTTPS. Save, and resubmit your imaging job. Now it will work.

    Tanner, do we know what causes this setting to be changed? Is it possibly toggled while changing other instance settings?
