A common cause for this issue is the custom page endpoint is HTTP when it should be HTTPS

    Solution:
If you are using Relativity 9.3 or above, you can locate the RelativityCustomPageURL (section is Ipro) in the Instance Settings Menu.

If you are using Relativity 9.2, you can update the Eddsdbo.InstanceSetting table. Please note that SQL queries should only be executed by those proficient in SQL as they can cause unwanted changes in the environment if used incorrectly.

    Code:
    UPDATE Eddsdbo.InstanceSetting

SET Value = '[Your Relativity Custom Page URL]'

    WHERE Section = 'ipro'
    AND Name = 'RelativityCustomPageUrl'

Newer versions of Q have been updated to check for the WebAPIPath setting from the kCura.EDDS.DBMT section of the [EDDS].[EDDSDBO].[Configuration] view and use that value if it exists. If the existing instancesetting for the RelativityCustomPageUrl does not exist or has a zero length string value (e.g. ''), then navigating to the Configuration page for Q and clicking Edit will cause it to automatically populate this value for you.
