  • Print Fails on Clients using Network Print Server

Hello, has anyone encountered print exception message (below) for clients using network print server? We were informed by an engineer that we must create printer via IP on the workstation for printing to work. For anyone who has print servers in their environment, were you successful in printing with existing print server? Or did you have to create printer via IP as well? Thank you very much!

At Ipro Support, we use printers which are configured with an IP address on our testing environments. That way we ensure the user account has permissions and is set up correctly to ensure we can track down any errors to the specific location it is creating the error.
