Problem: After installing any of our software products, during launch, a user will encounter an "Error 1308.Source file not found:<directory of file>. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

Source of Problem: After downloading the installation .zip file, the user didn't extract all of the contents to a new location.

Solution: Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Uninstall the current installation of the software in question
2. Run CCleaner to completely wipe the registry of any entries for that software
3. Download a new, fresh installation file for the software in question
4. Extract ALL of the files from that .zip file and place in a different location than the .zip
5. Run the installation as administrator
6. Reboot the machine
7. Launch the software to verify that the error doesn't show during launch
