Error Loading Program... OCX's probably not registered


If the error above is encountered when launching IPRO Premium View, be sure the installation was performed by a Windows user account that appears in the local administrators group in Windows and run the following command in a RUN dialog after the installation completes

First:
regsvr32.exe /u "C:\WINDOWS\system32\ltocx13n.ocx"
Then:
regsvr32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\ltocx13n.ocx"

This should register the OCX file to the respective location and resolve the error.
