How to locate case/client databases for Eclipse, eCapture, Allegro

Description
Eclipse, eCapture, and Allegro cases/clients are stored in databases separate from each application's configuration database; however, the database names can be located in the various configuration databases.
Warnings
One or more of the below resolutions require knowledge of T-SQL and/or SQL Management Studio; consult a qualified SQL administrator for assistance with these procedures. Back up any targeted SQL databases before executing any SQL statements. Assisting with these procedures is outside the scope of normal Ipro application support.


For Eclipse
Execute the following SQL statement against the ADD (Nucleus) configuration database:

FROM Enterprise.CaseProductEnvironment
WHERE Name like '%X%' --Replace X with all or part of the case name
AND ProductId = 3
For eCapture
Execute the following SQL statement against the eCapture configuration database:

FROM dbo.Clients
WHERE ClientName like '%X%' --Replace X with all or part of the case name
For Allegro
Execute the following SQL statement against the ADD (Nucleus) configuration database:
