When trying to open or work in any Ipro application in an environment where Webroot Anti-Virus (WAS) is present, the application may fail to open or function, and a message relating to WAS blocking the application may appear.
WAS uses a Cloud-based technology for its "white list" (or allowed list of applications), and it may automatically block any application not included on this list.
One or more of the procedures outlined below require knowledge of Webroot Anti-Virus and should only be performed by a qualified IT resource. Assisting with these procedures is outside the scope of normal Ipro application support.

Possible resolution 1:
Until WAS adds Ipro applications to their white list, exceptions for the applications will need to be added manually. For information on adding exceptions to the WAS white list, see the following:
